The Problem

The client had tried two B2B furniture suppliers and faced the same issue: vague specification sheets with no on-site measurement service, and no guarantee of matching finish across multiple delivery batches.

For a brand-conscious tech company, visual consistency matters. They needed all 50 desks to be identical in dimension and finish, all 50 chairs to have the same base spec.

Our Solution

Workstation Specification

Desk: 150×75cm, 25mm solid oak top on powder-coated steel frame, integrated cable tray, dual grommet holes per desk
Chair: Executive mesh-back ergonomic, 5-star nylon base, adjustable lumbar, 40–52cm seat height range, armrests at 4 positions

Delivery Approach

We phased delivery across 3 days to avoid disrupting active office operations:

Day 1: 20 desks and chairs (engineering team floor)
Day 2: 20 desks and chairs (sales and operations)
Day 3: 10 desks + breakout furniture + installation QC

Soft Seating (Breakout Area)

A 12-module sectional sofa in performance fabric (dark teal) for the breakout zone, 4 individual armchairs, and 2 coffee tables in solid oak.
