- Build time for custom pieces — a custom sofa, wardrobe or dining table takes several weeks to build regardless of how close you live to the workshop. Drive time only affects the final leg.
- Traffic on Old Madras Road and the Hoskote–Whitefield stretch — peak-hour traffic on this corridor can meaningfully extend a Whitefield or KR Puram delivery beyond the off-peak estimate, so we schedule larger deliveries outside the worst congestion windows where possible.
What This Means If You're Further Out
Being 20-30 minutes from the workshop doesn't rule out custom furniture — it just means we plan the final delivery leg around traffic rather than promising a fixed same-day slot. For ready-made pieces you need quickly, the closer zones (Hoskote, Kannamangala, Avalahalli, Budigere Cross) can often be turned around faster simply because the last-mile leg is shorter.
